SIA “Chemps” was founded in 1994. Since its inception, more than 800 different projects have been implemented in the fields of engineering networks, food processing, and the design and installation of refrigeration systems. In these projects, “Chemps” operates in two ways – alongside large construction companies as a subcontractor, and by concluding deals directly with clients (property owners) for the equipping of specific structures. Since 2002, SIA “Chemps” has carried out the construction of several industrial facilities as a General Contractor.

Heating systems
During its operation, SIA “Chemps” has accumulated experience in the design and construction of various heating systems, and we currently offer heating installation tailored to the client’s needs. Often, the functions of heating systems are combined with ventilation systems, and our specialists will help you choose an economical and environmentally friendly system suitable for the specific building and meeting the client’s wishes.
Ventilation systems
During its operation, SIA “Chemps” has completed many ventilation system projects and accumulated knowledge in the design and construction of ventilation systems for public, medical, food industry, and residential buildings.
We currently offer clients energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions, using the most modern solutions in the field of ventilation equipment.
Clients are also offered natural ventilation system solutions, which significantly reduce both construction and operating costs.
Air conditioning
“Chemps” offers its clients air conditioning equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers. We have installed air conditioners in both small spaces – apartments, as well as large areas – hotels (Hotel “Reval Hotel Latvija”), banks (“Investīciju Banka”), and manufacturing processing plant spaces (A/S “Ķekavas broileri”). According to the client’s wishes, we can supply and install equipment from various manufacturers.
Water supply and sewage systems
When carrying out complex facility construction, SIA “Chemps” designs and builds water supply and sewage systems and connections, thereby ensuring the construction of a unified HVAC system, which significantly facilitates system management and ensures its long-term operation.
Refrigeration systems
During its operation, SIA “Chemps” considers the design and construction of cooling and refrigeration systems to be one of its core areas of activity.
Projects have been implemented in leading food processing companies in Latvia, using Ammonia NH3, Freon R404a, R134a, Ethylene, and Propylene glycol as refrigerants.
Large cold storage construction projects have been implemented with the creation of centralized and decentralized refrigeration systems, in temperature ranges down to -40°C.
To meet client needs, we have developed the production of refrigeration stations in our manufacturing facility, where, using components from world-renowned and recognized manufacturers, we can assemble the exact equipment complex required. The product is certified.
Food technologies
For many decades, we have been cooperation partners for companies in the food manufacturing industry, the largest producers of export goods in the republic. A wide range of products is manufactured: in beverage production, many beer varieties, wines, and juices. Dairy products: butter, cheeses, dry milk products, all possible yogurts, and cottage cheese products. Confectionery and chocolate products. Cooling and freezing of fish and fish products, as well as the freezing of fruits, berries, and mushrooms.
Implementation of technological equipment, entire systems, and processes through installation and adjustment.
New technologies for product flow cooling using ice water. Membrane technologies, equipment installation ensuring a complex waste-free production process.
Cooling of milk, beer, juices, and other food products in special plate equipment with subsequent storage capabilities for the required volume.
Construction
SIA “Chemps” has purposefully grown and developed into one of the largest performers of air conditioning and refrigeration supply work in Latvia.
The company cooperates with many Latvian food producers and processors; in the construction sector, we can offer our clients full management and supervision of the installation, maintenance, and construction process, which facilitates work by avoiding the need to coordinate with multiple contractors simultaneously.
Applying lightweight prefabricated building structures for production spaces, cold storage, and sports facilities (skating rinks, hockey fields).
Installation works related to microclimate provision are well mastered: for laboratories, hospitals, and technological processes in the food industry.
